An Award Ceremony was organised by Diaspora Foundation in the Conference Hall of Ministry of Health & Family Welfare in Nirman Bhawan on 29th January, 2019 and award was given by Mr Ashwini Kumar Choubey, then Hon ble Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare to distinguished personalities of Indian Diaspora.

An Award Ceremony was organised by Diaspora Foundation on 15th August, 2019 in Sydney and awards were given to 21 noted personalities in Australia for their notable contributions to the Indian Community. A Coffee Table book on 'Fiji Indians' was also released.
